Shipping Policy

 

We provide a trackable shipping service for all the purchases. We provide standard free shipping within U.S. territory for all the purchase order worth $40 and above.

Talace commits to ship within one day since the orders are placed. The tracking code may take 2~3 business days to be activated.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your tracking code is activated. You may also sign in and track the status of your order through your account.

Talace is setting up several worldwide warehouses located in the Czech Republic to serve our European customers, in California to serve and support our USA customers with fast, same-day turnover, in Sydney to serve our Australian riders and in Toronto to serve our Canadian customers. We will be able to confirm and ship out the products that you need in the most expedient way available in the very near future.
(PS. Please be aware that due to some product having its battery included, we will only be able to see the tracking updates after the board is released by the custom and picked by the local delivering company (i.e. UPS/DHL/FEDEX/DPD, etc.)
